CaddiePlayer 2016 "Grand Cru" Season Starting

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

From HSBC Championship Abu Dhabi,

For most it was holidays but for #IamCaddiePlayer (Stephane) it was more Research and Update and I am really looking forward to start the 2016 CaddiePlayer "Grand Cru" Season with the back of my mind two major destination/events:

  1. The World Science Congress (St-Andrews)
  2. The Olympic (Rio)

Research

I was very fortunate to be able to guide a 69 years old beginner golfer with total freedom over time meaning that from December 13th (my birthday), he is following an experimental program based on the book "The Difference"  that I published in 1998 and the "PuttZones" that I launch in 2014. As probably 90% of the "Planet" golfers are spending 90% of there time working on "The Swing". We have set the 30% (Swing) 30 % (Short Game) 30 % (Putting) 10 % (Resting) rule in place. It is the first time in my teaching career that I have the "Chance" to be able to set such a tailor made program and I must say that after playing his fourth 9 holes last night at "the YasLinks par3 course" his result speak for itself > 2 greens in regulation, 2 pars, 3 bogeys for a total of 44 strokes and the most important of all "Joy" on his face + the will to go back to the Driving Range and practice his Swing realizing that his short game and putting made his day.

Update

Since I launch CaddiePlayer website I have been constantly doing update and improvements, re-investing CaddiePlayer gain to make it better more efficient. Since 2013, and thanks to the 900 + registers + feedback I got from some Caddies and Players the update I am currently making are the most advanced so far. In total 24 "UpdateTickets" such as: 3 putts versus 1 putt from long, round comments view from all rounds, SW proximity, Caddie Gained Stroke. I have also edit the "StatCard Version6" and more little things you will notice once all tickets are completed hopefully by the end of this month. To date CaddiePlayer account 674 rounds and after analyzing most of them I can truly claim that CaddiePlayer "is clearly efficient". My biggest Challenge still to convience Caddies and Players about the benefit of collecting Data as a key information to progress.

I wish all the data collectors believers a "Grand Cru" 2016 season by being "Consistently Good" for the others I wish them "Occasion Greatness" (Mark Sanborn).

Best regards, #IamCaddiePlayer, Stéphane
