From Dublin Airport by Stéphane Barras CaddiePlayer and PuttZones Founder

As Rory Mcllroy make up his first win of the year with a remarkable last hole eagle (a 253 yds to 2 feet) and state " I never felt pressure like today", CaddiePlayer Raphael Jacquelin shot a last round of 66 (8 birdies) with a Stroke Gained Putting of 5.3 to end the Irish Open Dubai Duty Free as the overall best putter. (see below putting average 26,5)

I am proud of Raphael’s achievement as it shows that our work with CaddiePlayer and PuttZones is delivering great results. Over the week Raphael Gained 7.1 Putting Stroke.

It was my first visit to Ireland and as I understood I did experiment the typical Irish Weather. Once again the European Tour deliver a fantastic event with an enthusiastic crowd with a perfect venue at the K-Club host of the 2006 Ryder Cup. The event was hosted by Rory Foundation which make Rory’s win even sweeter as he donated his winning prize of €666,660 to his charity.

To finish with this great week of Irish Golf Memories, I welcome our First Irish CaddiePlayer register: HCP2 Niall.

Best regards, Stephane #IamCaddiePlayer

My China Open Stories with Zhang Lian Wei, Wu Ah Shun and Li Hao Tong

As I was in Gams, Switzerland for the LetAccess, I could not forget that the same week was playing the Volvo China Open at Beijing TopWin Golf Course and browsing the fields I could not miss among the 36 Chinese Names,  Zhang Lian Wei (the China Open Champion 2003), Wu Ah Shun (the defending China Open Champion) and Li Hao Tong (Web.com Member)

Wtih those Names my memory flew back to 2009 when I was hire by Zhang Lian Wei, the GodFather of China Golf, who send me to the Olympic City of "Haigeng" to become his "Director of Golf", 2011 when I met Wu Ah Shun's Mentor suggest me to be call "Performance Manager" and gave Wu some strategic advice, 2013 when I invited Li Hao Tong to my Home town Crans-Montana to play the Omega European Masters and serve Li as his "Local Caddie".

But what I recall the most was 2015 at the Shenzhen International, when after giving Li Hao Tong some putting tips he shot a 65, and on Sunday was in the Play Off to finish second with great tears from the crowed. When I saw Li Hao Tong name on the Volvo China Open Leaderboard after round3 last saturday, I knew that with the "Cheers" "Xiao Yo" from the crowed he could score low. A bogeys free 64 speak for itself and deserve Li to be at 20 years old, the 2016 China Open Champion.

Since 2009, I am lucky to have been able to be close to China Golf. Thanks to my journey in China, I could develop CaddiePlayer solution as well the PuttZones sytem without the Zhang, the Wu and the Li, you could probably not read this news and benefits from its findings. So next time you play with a Chinese you can tell him on my behalf > "Xie Xie Nin".

Until next time #IamCaddiePlayer, #IamStéphaneBarras currently in Chailly CaddiePlayer Training Center where you are always welcome to learn from my stories...
